Each product at SİGMA Elektrik was configured as an account center and there is a customer- supplier understanding in the production process. Following the supplied raw material, the pieces which are printed in Hydraulic press, Eccentric press, and Plastic injection press are brought to the montage stationafter the half- product process. They are made routine tests and quality controls here, and then packed to the product store. The cover and body of MCCBs which are printed in Hydraulic press are produced from Bulk Molded Component (BMC). BMC is a technical material, which is in the group Thermoplastic and beside high resistance properties also has high electrical dielectric, fireproof. Today because of these properties of BMC, it is widely used not only in electric sector but also in automotive defensive, Aviation and any other sectors. Silver alloyed short -circuits which are used in MCCB , are used in different alloys with the sintering method , according to its cutting capacity and rated current .The copper source of silver alloyed short circuit’s source is made with induction method. Copper temperature is controlled with the aid of laser eye, so at every turn, process is performed in the same quality and provided best boiling properties thermo bimetals which is used for overloading emissive. Thermo bimetal, which is used for overloading emissive, is obtained from combining two metals whose expansion parameter is different and it is the most important materials except silver alloyed contacts in MCCB and in MCB.
